QC Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.
  • Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspection.
  • Check and ensure all CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.
  • Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.
  • Conduct building and facility checks with Facility Team, submit report and ensure actions taken for issues brought up.
  • Conduct Incoming Raw material quality check for Flour and Oil (Visual, Moisture, COA etc.).
  • Manage daily sampling for finished products including planning, collection, labelling, input of data and organoleptic test.
  • Conduct environment monitoring including air test, hand and protect coat swab, equipment and packaging TPC swab as per schedule.
  • Conduct incoming imported goods physical inspection and record any non-conforming products.
  • Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP System.
  • Other tasks as required and delegated by QC Executive.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related fields
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Interest for food industry is preferred
  • Singaporean & Singapore PR only
