QEHS Executive

We are seeking a passionate Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Executive to support our organization in maintaining high standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves conducting site inspections, managing QEHS documentation and reporting, coordinating safety training, and investigating incidents to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting a safe and compliant working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly inspections for all sites to ensure compliance to Safety and related guidelines.

  • Organize training as required for all personnel relating to QEHS matters.

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on the QEHS status to management for review and necessary actions.

  • To review, administer & keep up to date in house related policies and procedures to related guidelines.

  • Provide Site-level Document Control Support and Technical Expertise.

  • Define, create, and maintain controlled documents and document control procedures.

  • Maintain and keep up to date for all necessary records.

  • Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.

  • Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct any non-compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management or related fields.

  • Minimum Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).

  • WSQ Manage Work at Height would be advantageous.

  • Posession of Class 2 or 3 licence will be advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Able to work well independently and in a team.
