QMS Engineer (Quality Improvement & Quality System Support)

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760
Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

· To lead the quality improvements through working with all relevant department and supplier on the Kaizen activities.

· To understand customer manufacturing quality requirement & align with the business agreement so as to work effectively with all suppliers to achieve KPI target for the line rejection.

· Perform analysis on internal defects and drive improvements from relevant departments to achieve quality KPI.

· To support Quality System Lead in ISO implementation for the company

· To collaborate with internal team and provide support to Quality System Lead in all certifications requirement for the products as stated by customer

Requirement:

· Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing

· Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors

· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Able to handle customer complaint and work well with internal & external department to resolve quality issue

· Able to provide constructive solution / advice to the team

· Good knowledge in ISO management and customer audit

Compliance with RBA standards
