QUALITY CONTROL (PRECISION ENGINEERING)
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Must able use Mitutoyo CMM machine (Programming and Operation).
- Ensure incoming materials, in-process production and finished products meet by confirm specifications requirements; conducting visual and measurement tests.
- Follow up corrective actions in production
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database.1.
- Able to perform fist article and final inspection report for finished products and prepare relevant documents to customer.
- Evaluate and analyze customers rejections, implement and feedback corrective action.
- At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control
- Basic Computer knowledge to prepare Quality Documents Report
- Able to speak, write and read simple English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekend or Public Holidays (if necessary)
- Able to do shift rotate (Day & Night shift).
