Quality Control (QC) Inspector / QC Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming, stored, and outgoing flanges, pipes, fittings, and related products.
- Verify product specifications, dimensions, materials, quantities, markings, and documentation against customer and purchase requirements.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments and gauges.
- Ensure products comply with applicable standards such as ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, JIS, EN, and customer specifications.
- Review Mill Test Certificates (MTC), inspection reports, and quality documents.
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions relating to quality matters.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
- Work closely with suppliers, warehouse personnel, sales staff, and customers on quality-related matters.
- Monitor and improve quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Supervise and train QC personnel where applicable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, inspection, or quality assurance within the piping, steel, engineering, marine, oil & gas, or industrial products industry.
- Good knowledge of flanges, pipes, fittings, valves, and industrial materials.
- Familiarity with international standards including ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, JIS, and EN standards will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
