Quality Engineer

  • Monitor and analyze system performance against target/KPIs, including toll plaza efficiency, lane utilization, throughput, traffic volume, and transaction trends.
  • Develop and implement data strategies to design analyses, collection systems, and monitoring approaches that optimize statistical efficiency and capture new metrics.
  • Track and evaluate system issues by reviewing failure reports, identifying patterns, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Forecast traffic flow and capacity to anticipate lane utilization and optimize service delivery.
  • Establish, document, and improve processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across tollway operations.
  • Prepare performance and analysis reports, ensuring insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and operations teams to drive issue resolution, spearhead improvement initiatives, validate corrective actions, and support audit readiness.
  • Process confidential data and information according to company guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations analytics, transport systems, or service process quality.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools (SPC, quality tools, regression, forecasting, lane utilization modeling).
  • Proven track record in driving issue resolution and leading improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process establishment, documentation, and KPI monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey analysis clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Certification in internal quality audit or data analytics is an advantage.
