Quality System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, update and optimization of the company’s quality systems including ISO9001/14001/45001/RBA/ESD, covering test line, wafer dicing, chip visual inspection and other processes to ensure compliance with standards and business needs.
- Organize internal audits and management reviews, follow up on the correction of non-conformities; support customer audits and third party audits, prepare audit materials and ensure smooth passage.
- Develop, revise, distribute and control quality system documents including quality manual, procedures, SOPs and records to ensure standardization, validity and traceability.
- Organize system training to improve overall quality awareness and implementation capability, ensuring all staff understand system requirements.
- Supervise system implementation in production, test, procurement, R&D and other departments, identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze and report quality data, establish system performance indicators, and support quality decision-making.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor or related
- Minimum 3 years of quality system experience in semiconductor or silicon photonics industry; ISO16949 internal auditor certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and other system standards, experienced in system construction, audit and maintenance, able to independently organize internal audits and management reviews.
- Familiar with silicon photonic chip R&D, production and testing processes; able to optimize system documents and processes based on actual conditions such as test line and wafer dicing.
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in documentation/SOP writing is preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
