Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers/ subcons
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Compilation of BQ and PQM for tenders
• The QS prepares detailed cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and requirements. This includes calculating quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources needed for the project. These estimates form the basis of the project budget and ensure financial viability
