Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring in the tendering process
• Timely management of tender activities
• Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender/contract requirements
• Handle progress claims, variation orders & finalization of accounts
• Attend site meetings with clients when required
• Liaise with Consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by QS Manager

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
