Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Entry-Level Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the laboratory’s scheduling software.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Handle the check-in and check-out process for patients, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.
- Provide general information about laboratory services and policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn laboratory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
