Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Manage front desk schedules, visitor logs, and appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support internal departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the organization
