Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services)

Job Summary

We are looking for driven individuals to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting both clients and candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment. You will work closely with clients to understand role requirements, source suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring and pre-onboarding process.

Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing (active & passive), coordinating interviews, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Base Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonuses

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Experience in recruitment, headhunting, sales, or business development is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment
