JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source and screen high-potential talent to fulfill diverse client hiring requirements

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients to achieve their recruitment objectives

  • Align candidate skills and career aspirations with the most suitable job opportunities

  • Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end interview process between clients and candidates

  • Monitor industry hiring trends to provide clients with data-driven market insights

  • Provide professional coaching to candidates on resume building and interview techniques

  • Manage the offer management process including salary negotiations and employment terms

  • Maintain high-quality data integrity within the candidate and client management systems

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio

  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining professional standards in all market interactions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
