Job Scope:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking
• Post job advertisements and manage applications
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
