Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated talent to join the team who will be an expert in the cardiovascular domain with regard to plan and executing external and internal training & education, troubleshooting, and providing clinical consultancy. The ideal candidate has a good skill in fostering relationships with key stakeholders including the global clinical team, entity commercial teams and regional product manager to drive business growth.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
1. Provide expert sales support in the cardiovascular domain to ensure business growth in revenue and profit
Being a clinical consultant for perfusion clinical questions from the region
Support the team with product specification clarification and clinical-related requires
Responsible for tubing pack solution for the region
2. Develop and execute training & education plans for the region to facilitate the commercial teams to achieve short and long-term business goals
Develop internal educational programs to support the sales team in the country with perfusion knowledge and updated clinical evidence
Be the master of the Califia simulator for CPB & ECMO T&E
Develop CPB & ECMO simulation scenarios and train the local team to execute country-level activities
Work with Regional Product Manager to create perfusion materials to support marketing strategies & campaigns
Build a regular cadence to connect with the global clinical team to receive updated clinical information and enhance the clinical selling capability of the commercial team

Deep knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth

Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
Strong work ethic
Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in science, medical technology, healthcare management, business, marketing, or a related field
A candidate holding a perfusion degree/certificate is mandatory
Experienced as a Perfusionist is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical device
Cardiovascular procedure business experience is highly preferred
