Job Summary
The Regional Project Senior Executive (Indonesia) will lead coordination and execution of OPH Health’s projects in Indonesia, managing stakeholder communication, tracking project progress, and supporting market development to drive successful project delivery in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute company projects in Indonesia to meet timelines and deliverables
- Serve as the primary liaison between OPH Health, local partners, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations
- Monitor project milestones, pending items, and action points to maintain progress and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage daily communications with local and internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and information flow
- Track project risks and issues, implementing follow-up actions to resolve challenges promptly
- Support the General Manager in customer meetings, partner discussions, and business coordination activities
- Prepare meeting notes, project updates, reports, proposals, and coordination documents to maintain clear project documentation
- Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to communicate project requirements and ensure alignment
- Assist in product delivery, implementation, customer onboarding, and after-sales coordination to support client satisfaction
- Identify local project needs, operational challenges, and customer feedback to inform project adjustments and improvements
- Coordinate administrative, operational, regulatory, and documentation tasks with local stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Manage assigned tasks independently with timely, organized, and responsible follow-through
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, execution, business coordination, operations, implementation support, or stakeholder management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing project tasks and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel to or reside in Indonesia as project needs require
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with the Indonesia market, local partners, customers, or cross-border teams
- Mandarin language skills to support coordination with Mandarin-speaking internal teams
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, healthcare technology, government-related projects, or regional project execution
- Self-driven, responsible, and target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and practical problem-solving
- Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in healthcare technology, regional business expansion, and project implementation
- Desire to grow with a small but expanding company
