RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to all walk-in residents, including updating feedback provider on the action taken;
  • Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new cases;
  • Issue events/facilities booking permits as and when required;
  • Reply to feedback emails & calls;
  • Attend to cases on site (including house visit), where required/instructed;
  • First responder for any escalated cases;
  • Communicate with external agencies for cases;
  • Any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in handling difficult people;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills;
  • Work well under pressure;
  • Effective written & verbal communication;
  • Must be able to attend cases on site independently;
  • IT savvy;
  • Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5pm with an additional 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1pm;
