Representative, PC Sale Development

About the Team

The PC Sales Development Representative supports the Head of PC Sales in driving sales growth for ZF Passenger Car (PC) products in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, expanding priority segments, and strengthening customer relationships to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & Strategy

• Develop and implement a 5-year business plan to grow the J-range (TRW) with key target accounts.

• Identify market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships to support growth.

2. Sales Performance Management

• Monitor sales performance, pricing, and commercial policies to maintain competitiveness.

• Forecast sales, analyze customer needs, and take corrective actions to achieve revenue goals.

• Execute annual tactical sales and marketing plans and manage day-to-day sales operations.

3. Operational Coordination

• Work with supply chain and finance to ensure timely delivery and collections.

• Perform additional duties as required to support sales operations.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Revenue and profitability achievement

• Customer satisfaction and retention

• Account growth and stability

• Timely collections and compliance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, and customer management (automotive aftermarket preferred).

• Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

• Regional traveling is required.
