Job Summary
Manage client relationships and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery. Prepare proposals and reports, analyze sales data, and identify new business opportunities to support sales and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate project activities and resources to achieve timely and successful completion
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and reports to support sales and project objectives
- Monitor sales and project data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, project coordination, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
