Job Summary

We seek a motivated individual eager to learn CEI recruitment, with experience or interest in research, sales, client engagement, and foreign worker recruitment. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and recruitment opportunities for foreign workers
• Engage with clients to understand their manpower needs and present suitable recruitment solutions
• Manage sales activities to promote CEI recruitment services and achieve commission targets
• Coordinate recruitment processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
• Participate actively in training sessions to develop CEI recruitment knowledge and skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in research, sales, client meetings, or foreign worker recruitment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to support communication with diverse clients and candidates
