Reservation Executive

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team!

As a Reservation Executive, we rely on you to:

  • Manage telephone and email reservations to deliver accurate and timely booking confirmations that enhance guest satisfaction
  • Use OPMS and other hotel reservation systems to process bookings efficiently and maintain up-to-date records
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds to address inquiries and resolve booking issues
  • Follow through on guest bookings to ensure all requests and changes are handled promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth reservation workflows and optimize booking opportunities
  • Provide courteous and helpful service to promote guest retention and positive experiences at the point of booking

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience working in a hotel/resort environment or related hospitality industry in managing rooms bookings.
  • Knowledge of OPMS system and other relevant hotel reservation software
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with international and domestic travellers, reflecting the resort’s global clientele
