Reservations Manager
- Oversee reservations operations for both Raffles properties, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong system control.
- Drive room revenue and ADR through effective pricing, inventory, and channel optimisation.
- Monitor trends and forecasts to maximise performance.
- Manage reservation processes with full rate and data integrity.
- Lead and develop the team while collaborating with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to deliver seamless, brand-aligned guest experiences.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hotel Reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Luxury or upper-upscale hotel experience preferred, with strong understanding of high-touch guest service standards and brand positioning.
- Solid knowledge of reservations operations, distribution channels, and revenue management principles.
- Proficient in PMS, CRS, and Channel Management platforms.
- Experience managing multi-property or cluster reservations operations is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
