Respiratory Therapist (Polysomnography)

About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine, Department of Medicine Cardiac Catheterization Lab services in Honolulu, Hawaii. Prepare and monitor patients during polysomnographic tests.

Interpret data obtained from tests to organize and prepare completed patient charts.

Prepare, calibrate, interface, and operate all equipment used in polysomnographic procedures.

Participate in continuing in-service education programs.

Apply electroencephalogram (EEG) electrodes, electro-oculogram (EOG), electromyogram (EHG) and electrocardiogram (ECG) and ensure patient comfort and proper function.
