Restaurant Manager (Kahyangan Outlet Restaurant)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s brand guidelines.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and maintain service standards through regular staff training and evaluations.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events to attract new and repeat guests.

  • Maintain the restaurant’s reputation and presence through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage pairings is an advantage.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and enhance profitability.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
