Restaurant Manager (Macau/Japanese Michelin Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing feedback promptly and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff to ensure high productivity and service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control food and labour costs in line with budget targets.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and authenticity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork and motivating staff.
  • Solid understanding of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards.
  • Willingness to relocate and be based in Macau.
