Job Summary

Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional service and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to enhance team performance and service quality
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain positive guest experiences
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards consistently to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Assist with staff scheduling, stock management, and opening/closing duties to support operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve service excellence and meet sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

  • Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effectively managing and motivating teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
