Job Summary
Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional service and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to enhance team performance and service quality
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain positive guest experiences
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards consistently to comply with regulatory requirements
- Assist with staff scheduling, stock management, and opening/closing duties to support operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve service excellence and meet sales targets
Required competencies and certifications
- Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effectively managing and motivating teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
