🌟 What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
• Able to read, write and communicate in Chinese
• Lead, motivate, and develop a strong front-of-house and service team
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, private functions, and banquets with excellence
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance menu offerings and service flow

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese or Teochew cuisine
• Strong background in organizing events, banquets, and large-scale dining functions
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
