Retail Associate / Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all retail staff effectively communicate product features and benefits to consumers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Execute store activities in alignment with operational procedures and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Perform alterations as required.
• Act as a role model and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, development, and training initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback and identify development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum O’Level qualification.
• At least 3-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on team management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, sales-driven, and results-oriented.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for retail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
