Retail Operations Executive (Multi-Outlet | Luxury Retail)

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Executive to support retail operations across multiple boutiques in Singapore. This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance, and supporting event setups to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple retail boutiques
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
• Coordinate store setup, layout, and operational readiness
• Oversee boutique upkeep including lighting, fixtures, and security systems
• Arrange and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and vendor servicing
• Coordinate logistics and setup for events, exhibitions, and client activations
• Liaise with internal teams and boutique staff for smooth operations
• Track operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, store operations, or similar roles
• Experience in multi-outlet retail environments is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to work beyond office hours when required (e.g. events support)

Additional Information

• Work Location: Office-based at Ngee Ann City, with travel to multiple retail boutiques across Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• May be required to support events outside office hours
