RETAIL EXECUTIVE
The RetailSales Executive is responsible for creating an excellent shopping experiencefor customers through proactive sales strategies and excellent productknowledge. This role involves managing sales operations, engaging withcustomers, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
· Engagewith customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customerservice.
· Managesales processes, including processing transactions and handling returns.
· Maintainstore appearance and merchandising standards.
· Track andachieve sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintainin-depth knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
· Handlecustomer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive shoppingexperience.
· Assist ininventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
· Collaboratewith the team to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
