Retail Operations & Events Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Retail Operations & Events Executive to support our e-commerce, retail store, and workshop activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, customer interaction, and event execution in a fast-paced lifestyle brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently
- Assist with product preparation and basic production work
- Support event preparation, including setup, facilitation, and teardown
- Provide retail sales support and deliver excellent in-store customer service
- Update inventory and assist with administrative and simple marketing tasks
- Support sales functions during events when required
- Engage with customers during events and small in-house workshops
- Conduct small group workshops
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, operations, events, or customer service is an advantage
- Independent, mature, and able to work responsibly with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling both operational tasks and customer-facing responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Willing to work on weekends and support events when required
