RETAIL OUTLET SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Services

· Friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

· Upsell on Promotions and Specials.

· Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in an accurate and timely manner.

Operations

· Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted sales.

· Estimate and order supplies / products required for smooth operation.

· Receive deliveries and check inventory, including daily counts of products.

· Work on creative store layout and product displays.

· Perform daily closing (Including cash counts) and generate related documents and reports.

· Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety control standards.

· General housekeeping in the outlet; clean and sanitize work area (including display shelves and counters, tables, floor, walls, freezer, etc.).

Others

· Supervise and organize the activities of the employees working at the outlet, providing guidance and support in their daily work, and ensuring daily operations is timely, organized and efficient.

· Other duties as assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates with lesser experience but possess a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply.

· Service-oriented and hands-on person.

· Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to work as a team in a professional manner.
