Retail Sales Associate (Health & Wellness Products)

Location: Islandwide
Salary: $2, 600 - $3,000 (basic) + completion bonus + commissions

Working Hours:
11AM - 9PM (subject to changes)
5 days per week including both weekends, up to 44 hours per week

Contract: 3 months contract to perm

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.

• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.

• Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.

• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
  

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health and wellness.
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Comfortable engaging with customers and hit sales targets
