Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide retail associates to ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
  • Lead and support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
  • Maintain the store’s cleanliness, visual presentation, and stock availability at all times.
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer purchases accurately.
  • Proactively support in-store promotional activities and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
  • Passionate about customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards. ✨
