Retail Sales Associate
Salary: Basic $2305 + Commission
Working Days: 6 days, 44 hours per week (off-day fixed)
Shift work: 9.30am - 5.30pm, 1.30pm - 9.30pm
Working Location: Orchard / Bukit Timah

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the management
• Provide excellent quality service to customers and high-level sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism
• Perform housekeeping within the outlet, e.g. create and maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
• Perform receiving/unpacking/stacking/bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
• Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
• Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
• Responsibilities as deem appropriate for Retail Associate

Requirements

• Minimum N level/ O Level / ITE or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail experience is required
• Identify customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays
