Revenue & Recovery Coordinator

Location: Western Cape (within commuting distance of Stellenbosch)


About the Role


We are looking for a highly organised, analytical and proactive individual to take ownership of revenue recovery, debtor tracking and invoice resolution across multiple group companies. This role is critical in improving cashflow visibility, reducing aged debt and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the business.


You will work closely with finance, property management, data and legal teams to actively manage outstanding balances and drive resolution. You will play a key role in improving cashflow performance, strengthening financial visibility and building a more structured and scalable revenue recovery process across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on outstanding debtor balances across multiple entities
  • Drive collection of overdue invoices and escalate blocked accounts
  • Track and manage invoice disputes from identification through to resolution
  • Produce weekly cash collection and debtor reports for senior management
  • Identify process delays and work with internal teams to unblock issues
  • Maintain clear, accurate tracking systems for arrears, disputes, and approvals
  • Support coordination of recovery and escalation processes where required


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical ability and confidence working with financial data
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders professionally
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong ownership of outcomes
  • Experience in credit control, debt recovery, or finance operations
  • BCom or equivalent qualification preferred (advantage)
  • Exposure to multi-entity or property finance environments (advantage)


Benefits

  • Salary: R22,000 – R26,000 per month
  • Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (South African time), Monday to Friday, including a 60-minute lunch break
  • 15 days annual leave plus public holidays.

    A stable internet connection is essential, particularly during load shedding. This position supports Urang Property Management’s commitment to Employment Equity.
