Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers' enquiries
  • Handle sales quotations, delivery order, invoices and coordination with production team
  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to handle Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients
