Sales Admin Support (Data Entry)

We are a vegetable distribution company serving B2B customers. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support the team in daily sales and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders in system
  • Handle basic customer enquiries
  • Coordinate orders and indents
  • Ensure orders are prepared on time
  • Update, finalise and print/ send invoices
  • Assist with general sales admin support duties
  • Other ad hoc tasks or projects

Requirements

  • Responsible with great attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and prioritise tasks during busy period
  • Positive attitude and able to work well with others
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)

Working Hours and Location

  • 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm, Saturday 7.30am to 12.00pm (timing can be discussed)
  • Possible future transition to 5-day work shift arrangement
  • Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (5 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
