Sales Admin Support

Support the sales team in handling inbound travel enquiries from overseas agents and partners
Liaise and coordinate hotel bookings, process hotel reservations & confirmations to business partners
Assist in follow-up with customers and business partners
Update customer records and booking systems
Handle amendments, cancellations and customer requests promptly.
