Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organised Admin Executive with at least 3 years of administrative experience to efficiently manage daily office operations and support our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize documents to support office and project operations
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize team productivity
  • Process and manage invoices and quotations to ensure accurate financial records
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and operations
  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
  • Support the operations team by performing various administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents and communications

  • Experience in the interior design, renovation, or construction industry to better understand project requirements and workflows
