Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organised Admin Executive with at least 3 years of administrative experience to efficiently manage daily office operations and support our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize documents to support office and project operations
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize team productivity
- Process and manage invoices and quotations to ensure accurate financial records
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and operations
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
- Support the operations team by performing various administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents and communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the interior design, renovation, or construction industry to better understand project requirements and workflows
