Sales Executive (Hunter)

Job Scope & Requirements

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the local market.

• Implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets and explore emerging markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Regularly maintain contact with customers to foster strong rapport and gain valuable market insights for business development.

• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline list.

• Achieve individual sales targets and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide support to the Operations Team when necessary.

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.

• Fresh graduates with basic freight knowledge are welcome.
