Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Management Assistant at MB Global Marketing, you will optimize sales workflows, manage CRM systems, and support the sales team to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate and timely sales data to ensure data integrity
  • Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic sales decisions
  • Assist in tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and preparing sales forecasts to support revenue targets
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new sales hires to accelerate team readiness
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes
  • Manage sales enablement tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth tool adoption
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support compliance and accessibility

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative roles
  • Experience working in marketing or startup environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills demonstrated through managing multiple sales tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills applied in resolving operational challenges
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
