Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Management Assistant at MB Global Marketing, you will optimize sales workflows, manage CRM systems, and support the sales team to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate and timely sales data to ensure data integrity
- Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic sales decisions
- Assist in tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and preparing sales forecasts to support revenue targets
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new sales hires to accelerate team readiness
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes
- Manage sales enablement tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth tool adoption
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support compliance and accessibility
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative roles
- Experience working in marketing or startup environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills demonstrated through managing multiple sales tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills applied in resolving operational challenges
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
