Sales Coordinator

1. Sales Support & Order Management:
o Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
o Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
o Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
o Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in acquiring new ones.
3. Data & Report Management:
o Maintain sales records, customer databases, and update CRM/ERP systems.
o Generate sales reports, track targets, and prepare presentations for management.
4. Team Coordination & Process Improvement:
o Work closely with sales managers and representatives to ensure seamless operations.
o Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

•Diploma degree and Above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•Minimum Experience: 2–5 years in a sales coordination or administrative role.
• Industry Background: Experience in PPE, industrial supplies, or B2B sales is a plus.
• ERP & CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Sales Support Experience: Previous experience supporting sales teams, handling quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
• Communication & Coordination: Experience in coordinating between sales, operations, and logistics teams.
