SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer orders are processed promptly and accurately, sales invoices are closed upon delivery completion, and deliveries are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and ensure monthly sales reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and sales records systematically.
  • Support and assist the Sales & Marketing team in managing and resolving customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for customer service functions.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
