Sales Coordinator

  1. Min O Levels and above
  2. 3 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing sector
  3. Able to communicate professionally with customers
  4. Experience in using ERP and computer applications
  5. Active and enjoy working with people
  6. Have a good sense of responsibility and urgency

Main Roles:

  1. Communicate, execute and coordinate customers' orders requirement with internal teams
  2. Monitor and arrange customers' shipment/delivery
  3. Generate internal process flow documents
  4. Follow-up with customers
  5. Liase with local and overseas production team
  6. Related adminstrative work, etc
