SALES DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and foster professional growth.


Strategic Planning:

Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.


Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.


Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet objectives.


Lead Generation:

Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring that the team effectively identifies and reaches out to potential clients and markets.


Proposal Development:

Guide the team in creating compelling proposals and presentations that effectively address client needs and objectives.


Collaboration:

Work closely with all teams to align sales initiatives.


Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position the organization competitively.


Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress against targets.


Experience:

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.


Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team; strong coaching and mentoring abilities.


Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a capacity to build and sustain client relationships.
