Sales Director
You will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to post implementation. You will build and nurture long term client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with customers. You will collaborate with product delivery and engineering teams to tailor solutions, and you will uphold a risk and compliance mindset in all activities. You will represent the business at external events and travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Generate business from existing and new clients
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of clients
- Build long term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Own the full sales lifecycle for clients and be the single point of contact post implementation
- Collaborate with product delivery and engineering teams to drive product development and meet client needs
- Uphold a risk and compliance mindset at all times
- Provide proactive service led relationships for all clients
- Collect product feedback from clients and share with product teams
- Work collaboratively across the firm to drive usage
- Achieve revenue growth for your portfolio
- Represent the organization at external events
- Consistently uphold the organization culture core values and principles with a risk and compliance mindset
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in a sales or business development role; experience in front end trading systems or crypto industry essential
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and lead generation
- Strong understanding of financial services and the crypto market
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
- Strong industry/network and connections which could serve as a potential client base
- Accountable individual that is willing to take a wide range of responsibility across several different areas within the business
- Personable and has the skills to build rapport and establish personal relationships
- Ability to attend regular external events and travel domestically and internationally as required
