Sales Director Dynamic

You will own new business acquisition and expansion of Dynamic across EMEA, executing the embedded wallet sales motion and building a large greenfield pipeline. You will prospect, plan territory and accounts, and drive new and expansion opportunities through multi-threaded engagement. You will close complex enterprise deals from initial conversation through contract execution, develop deep expertise in embedded wallets and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, and keep CRM records updated.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Dynamic sales motion across EMEA
  • Drive new and expansion opportunities by partnering with EMEA sales and client-facing teams
  • Close complex enterprise deals from initial conversation through contract execution
  • Develop expertise in embedded wallets and non-custodial wallet infrastructure
  • Advise prospects and customers on embedded wallet solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline in greenfield markets
  • Prospect and perform territory and account planning
  • Update and maintain CRM records

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, especially in fintech, payments, cybersecurity, or web3
  • Proven track record in hunting, creating demand, and closing ARR
  • Strong ownership mindset and urgency in building success across a wide territory
  • Experience closing large complex deals and multi-threading across technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity, grit, and desire to build something meaningful beyond quota
  • Deep knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity, or digital assets
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and belief in its long-term impact
  • Willingness to prospect and hustle to achieve ambitious targets
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented with ability to partner across internal teams
  • Fluent in English and availability for some overlap with US time zones
