Sales Director
You will own the Brazil enterprise software sales process from initial prospecting through closing focusing on financial institutions and fintech partners You will build and manage relationships with prospects and customers develop territory and account plans and collaborate with the BDRs and GTM teams to qualify opportunities You will update and maintain the CRM and track progress toward quarterly revenue targets You will thrive in a team selling environment and maintain a relentless hunting attitude while communicating confidently in English
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with BDRs and the GTM team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
- Prospect plan territory and accounts
- Update and maintain the CRM
Requirements
- Enterprise software SaaS sales experience in financial services blockchain or fintech
- Experience in financial services cybersecurity or cryptocurrency is preferred
- Experience formalizing and supporting the co sell motion with technology partners is preferred
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Track record of overachievement in enterprise sales
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
- Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
- Thrive in a team selling environment
- Fluent in English
