We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive the company’s overall sales growth and business development efforts in the carpentry and interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and expanding the company’s market presence across residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s sales and business development operations

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, designers, corporate clients, and key accounts

Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base

Oversee tender submissions, quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations

Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets

Work closely with project, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance analysis for management

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in carpentry, interior fit-out, construction, or related industries

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts

Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to develop business strategies and lead a high-performing sales team
